According to Anambra state chairman of all Progressive Grand Alliance,APGA,Sir,Norbert Obi,e-voting process is a welcome development. He says: '' The innovation will surely minimize rigging, and its implementation will improve the electoral process and make our votes to count.'' Yes,this is true! But in which area will people's votes count? Well,it will interest you to know that there are negative reactions over the approval of e-voting,that also show that yes,e-voting might not succeed in the coming 2019 general election in Nigeria.
